The VOICE Restaurant has announced that Barrie Mules will take on a leadership role as general manager. Mules will work with Chef Greg Lowry to refine VOICE's new hybrid restaurant and lounge concept.
An international veteran of the hospitality industry, Mules completed his education and early training in the UK before moving stateside for a position as assistant food and beverage manager with Carnival and Holland America Line Cruises.
Prior to VOICE, Mules was banquet manager of the Hilton Americas in downtown Houston. He joined the property in 2003, first serving as the hotel’s beverage manager and later as the assistant general manager of fine dining.
