In May, Eatzi’s Market and Bakery hosted a preview party in celebration of its new (and first) Fort Worth location in University Park Village. Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed wine and signature bites from Eatzi’s while mingling and shopping the new store. CEO Adam Romo, along with the rest of Eatzi’s team, greeted guests—as did Eatzi’s instore opera singers. It was an evening of celebration for all those who have long-awaited the brand’s expansion to Fort Worth, including meeting planner who may now take advantage of Eatzi’s group catering options.

This perfect springtime drink will chase away any remnants of the winter blahs and get you in the right state of mind for warmer days ahead.

INGREDIENTS:
» 2 oz. Tito’s Vodka
» .75 oz. fresh lemon juice
» .75 oz. Osmanthus syrup
» club soda
» cucumber slice

DIRECTIONS:
» Build cocktail in mixing glass.
» Pour into a Collins glass and top with club soda.
» Garnish with cucumber slice or slices and serve.
