The Hotel Crescent Court in Uptown Dallas is undergoing a $30 million renovation of all 195 guest rooms and 31 suites, guest corridors and elevators as well as the hotel lobby and bar. The project launched in spring 2017 and is expected to be complete in spring 2018.

The hotel includes 146 guest rooms and seven top-floor suites.
Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa has announced plans for a $150 million renovation and expansion, set to complete mid 2019. The renovation will reinforce Omni Barton Creek's position as the No. 1 golf resort in Texas. The expansion will be led by The Beck Group, a design-build firm, beginning November 13, 2017. The renovated and expanded property will have 493 rooms.

The upscale Hotel Alessandra in Downtown Houston features 223-guestrooms and more than 5,000 square feet of event space. The 20-story hotel, which opened October 1, 2017, anchors the three-block-long GreenStreet mixed-use development. The Hotel Alessandra is one of The Valencia Group’s newest properties and the flagship of its new luxury brand.
