Hotel du Village captures the beauty and romance of the French countryside and places it squarely in the charming and creative hamlet of New Hope. It’s long been a New Hope landmark, beloved by visitors and residents, many of whom spent Thanksgiving dinner around a table at the hotel’s restaurant, so it was naturally met with curiosity when Hotel du Village was sold in 2013.

Hilton Anatole recently announced the property will add on a new, resort-style pool complex. The project will convert a portion of the hotel’s seven-acre Sculpture Park and tennis courts into a water facility.

Husband and wife, and chef and sommelier duo, Scott and Gina Gottlich opened The Second Floor bistro and bar in 2008 inside the Westin Galleria Dallas. The couple added a private dining space, Privé, in 2012. With 1,100 square feet, Privé has capacity for 60 guests for a seated dinner and 83 for a reception-style event.
