    Austin’s newest private dining space offers views of historic Clarksville neighborhood.

A private dining area called The Apartment, has been added to Jeffrey’s in Austin. Jeffrey’s is a full-service restaurant with several dining rooms and a bar that seats 80 total guests. The newly added space, which can accommodate 20 seated guests or 30 standing, offers a choice of family style menus featuring dry-aged prime beef and American classics and has its own personal bartender.

Partners Ron and Peggy Weiss and Jeff Weinberger opened Jeffrey’s in 1975 to bring a simple café to the quiet, historic Clarksville neighborhood in Austin. 

Reimagined and completely renovated in 2012 by Austin chef Larry McGuire and Tom Moorman and their team, the restaurant is now owned by McGuire Moorman Hospitality, which upholds the restaurant’s legacy of simply prepared seasonal cooking and delicious wines —all with friendly, professional service. Groups love the crispy fried Gulf oysters, Niman Ranch center-cut tenderloin filet and baked Alaska.

INGREDIENTS
-- 5 oz. American Born Peach Whiskey
-- 3 oz. freshly brewed tea
-- splash of lemonade
-- lemon, garnish
-- ice

DIRECTIONS
1. Pour American Born Peach Whiskey, freshly brewed tea and lemonade in a glass with ice.
2. Stir until combined well.
3. Garnish with a lemon wedge. Enjoy!
