This recipe was created by Pamela Moncrief, spirits director at Spirits by Sedona, a luxury cocktail experience. The recipe is a riff on a classic called The Bee’s Knees and is a guest favorite of Spirits by Sedona, a division of Sedona Productions, an event management company that serves as the in-house booking, planning and production company for Cendera Center in Fort Worth. 

INGREDIENTS:
—2 oz. Ford’s Gin
—.5 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
—.5 oz. wildflower honey syrup
—1 pinch paprika
—1 dash Angostura bitters

DIRECTIONS:
Shake and serve with a squash blossom garnish.

With the opening of Spa Adolphus in fall 2016, The Adolphus Hotel now offers add-on packages to incorporate wellness into meetings and events. The Spa Adolphus Revive & Refresh breakout sessions, for example, provide short relaxation breaks—including on-site mini spa services, seated massage, or hydrating aromatherapy hand treatments—to ensure attendees can renew their focus for the duration of a meeting.

 

The soon-to-open Omni Frisco Hotel in Dallas has announced the names of its new director of operations, director of finance, director of sales and marketing, director of engineering, director of human resources and neighborhood services general manager.

The hotel will open in July 2017. All of the announced positions will report to Jeff Smith, hotel general manager.
