From tournaments to corporate retreats, the scenic views at Old American are all winners.

    FROM THE Winter 2017 ISSUE

The golden age of American golf course architecture is in play at Old American Golf Club, along the shore of Lake Lewisville in The Colony. Designed by 13-time PGA Tour winner Tripp Davis and British Open champion Justin Leonard, Old American offers natural contours, native grasses and greens inspired by some of the greatest courses of the golden age of golf, an era from 1911 to 1937. Just 20 minutes north of the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport, Old American is available for tournaments, corporate retreats and special events. An on-site restaurant, Carriage House, offers private dining inside and on the patio.

Now that the dust has cleared, check out these five new or newly renovated Texas properties.
