1/4 oz. Pama (pomegranate) liqueur
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. orange juice

Measure liqueur and Cointreau into Champagne flute.
Fill remainder of glass with Champagne.
Garnish with orange twist.

  • 1.5oz Calamity Texas Gin 
  • .75oz Cocchi di Americano 
  • .75oz St. Germain
  • 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice 
  • 3 Dashes Peychauds Bitters

—5 fresh blueberries
—3 fresh raspberries
—5 oz. La Marca Prosecco
—lemon wedge or mint sprig for garnish

Fill a rocks glass with berries. Top with ice, then top with prosecco. Garnish with a lemon wedge or mint sprig.
