Signature Drink- The Lady Heather

1 oz. TX Blended Whiskey
.5 oz. Cointreau
2 oz. Champagne
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash pecan bitters

Measure and pour TX Blended Whiskey, Cointreau and bitters into a highball glass.

Top with Champagne and serve.

—5 fresh blueberries
—3 fresh raspberries
—5 oz. La Marca Prosecco
—lemon wedge or mint sprig for garnish

Fill a rocks glass with berries. Top with ice, then top with prosecco. Garnish with a lemon wedge or mint sprig.
