SĒR Steak + Spirits is nestled high atop the Hilton Anatole in Dallas and offers some of the best views in the city. The 27th-floor steakhouse features steaks, chops, market-fresh seafood and other dishes crafted by Executive Chef Kevin Spencer. VERTS Mediterranean Grill Expanded to Offer Off-Site Catering

Co-founders Michael Heyne and Dominik Stein launched VERTS Mediterranean Grill in 2011 to bring fastcasual Mediterranean food to locations such as Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and Houston. Now the restaurants will provide off-site catering at special events throughout Texas. Offerings include a full Mediterranean buffet for up to 200 people, as well as a boxed lunch for smaller working groups.
