The Texas Association of Convention and Visitors Bureaus hosted its 38th Annual Conference from Aug. 3 to 6, 2015, in The Woodlands. There were 276 industry professionals who attended the conference, which included 25 vendors. The TACVB will hold its next event, Midwinter Conference, in Beaumont on January 19 to 21.

From outside-the-box photo ops to elevating go-tos like balloons, planners share how they are providing their clients with new branding ideas that ‘wow.’  

 

The iconic Hotel Crescent Court—situated in the heart of Dallas’ vibrant Uptown— recently celebrated the completion of the $33 million overhaul to its lobby, guest rooms, lavish suites, corridors, and spa and fitness center. As part of its ongoing, multimillion dollar renovation, Hotel Crescent Court celebrated the opening of Beau Nash, its new champagne bar and cocktail lounge. The luxury hotel is located in Uptown, just steps away from the Dallas Arts District.
