Hilton Americas–Houston is the only Hilton property in the world to have earned the distinction of the 2017 Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand’s Award of Excellence for seven consecutive years. This annual award is given to hotels who embody excellence by providing over the top guest service through authentic Hilton hospitality. Since 2011, Hilton Americas–Houston has been recognized as a superior performing hotel among all Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

“We are our so proud of our team,” said acquis D’Rovencourt, general manager for Hilton Americas – Houston. “To receive this award for an unprecedented seven consecutive years speaks to the deep commitment our team has in providing the best in hospitality for our guests.”

The hotel features 1,200 guest rooms, ballrooms, 91,500 square feet of flexible meeting space, with the most advanced technological services, restaurants, lobby bars, Starbucks, and a full-service spa and health club. In addition, it is conveniently located between Toyota Center and Minute Maid Park, and is also directly connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center.

Event attendees at the George R. Brown Convention Center (GRB) will now be able to enjoy coffee from the first robotic, connected coffee service in Houston—the Coffee Haus, located across from the Marriott Marquis Houston’s skywalk. Houston First, which owns and operates the GRB, and its hospitality team powered by Levy, Houston Inspired Catering, have partnered with Austin-based Briggo to implement this service.
