Emerald Coast Unveiled Bayview Plaza Outdoor Venue

The Emerald Coast County and tourism industry officials recently unveiled the new addition of the Bayview Plaza at the Emerald Coast Convention Center with a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony and reception.

The large concrete 30,000-square-feet exhibition and event rental space is fully equipped with electricity and water. The plaza will work as an additional space for events such as cheerleading and volleyball competitions, trade shows and exhibits, and various flexible event space for boat, automotive and RV shows.

Jeffrey Fuller Appointed General Manager at Royal Sonesta Houston

Leading one of Bayou’s most popular hotels, Jeffrey Fuller has joined the Royal Sonesta Houston as the general manager. Prior to this position, Fuller was employed by John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts and most recently, the Embassy Suites Greenville Golf Resort & Conference Center in South Carolina. There, as the general manager, he achieved the highest REVPAR increase in Embassy Suites’ Resort Division for 2013.

The Renaissance Dallas Hotel, which is scheduled to open in August, is planning on opening its doors to guests with high-quality technology that captures the sun’s light and delivers it to the indoor spaces. Architects working on the space are using Solatube Daylighting Systems, a energy-efficient technology that brings natural light to places that otherwise wouldn’t receive the same lighting.

The Chicago native is taking a trip down south to stay with the unchanged signature recipes exclusive to d’marcos pizzeria. The recipes making their debut in Texas were a gift to Jenkins from his favorite Chicago Pizzeria, Mama Rigetta’s.
