Marquee Sports & Entertainment hosted a tour of the American Airlines Conference Center for the media on July 13. The tour showcased the conference center's amenities and customizable event spaces and featured a food sampling following the tour.

The American Airlines Conference Center is 5,300 square feet and is ideal for private meetings, networking events and receptions. There are four flexible event spaces and an outdoor terrace overlooking the Park at Wrigley.

The food sampling event took place in the Home Plate Room and included a pretzel station, doughnut sundae bar, "Make Your Own Chicago Dog," salads and more.

Houston’s C. Baldwin hotel has debuted its event space: Parlour Hideaway. Located on the first floor of the hotel, it is accessible through a hidden door near the lobby. Accommodating intimate gatherings of up to 65 guests, Parlour Hideaway is available for event bookings only and not open to the public. Chef Chris Cosentino of the hotel’s on-site restaurant, Rosalie Italian Soul, created a new curated catering and drink menu exclusive to the space.

 

Puttshack, a tech-infused mini-golf experience with food and drink, is opening a location at the Village on the Parkway, an open-air shopping destination within the Dallas metropolitan area. Opening in the summer of 2023, it will be Puttshack’s second location in Texas.
