SĒR Steak + Spirits is nestled high atop the Hilton Anatole in Dallas and offers some of the best views in the city. The 27th-floor steakhouse features steaks, chops, market-fresh seafood and other dishes crafted by Executive Chef Kevin Spencer. For beverage pairings, guests can choose from a variety of handcrafted cocktails, an extensive wine selection or enlist the help of SĒR’s sommelier, Kristin Howell. The steakhouse offers private dining rooms for groups, all with the same floor-toceiling windows found throughout the restaurant. The Crosley, Comet, Continental and Wescott Rooms may be reserved individually or together, accommodating groups as large as 240 guests. For smaller groups, The Bear & Driver Boardroom is available for up to 16 guests.

Originally from Kentwood, Louisiana, Stephanie Polk, TDM, CTE, first made her mark on the travel and tourism industry as director of marketing for the Beaumont Convention & Visitors Bureau. There, she helped to elevate the city as a destination for recreation travelers and business groups. Wowed by her accomplishments, in 2020, League City brought her on board to lead its marketing efforts. She shares with us highlights and advice from her experience in the industry.

Puttshack, a tech-infused mini golf experience, is coming to The Shops at Houston Center. The venue is expected to open late 2022 and joins Puttshack's growing list of upcoming locations, including Oak Brook (Chicago), Miami, Boston and Nashville. Puttshack opened its first U.S. location in Atlanta in April 2021.
