The 27th-floor steakhouse features steaks, chops, market-fresh seafood and other dishes crafted by Executive Chef Kevin Spencer. For beverage pairings, guests can choose from a variety of handcrafted cocktails, an extensive wine selection or enlist the help of SĒR’s sommelier, Kristin Howell. The steakhouse offers private dining rooms for groups, all with the same floor-toceiling windows found throughout the restaurant. The Crosley, Comet, Continental and Wescott Rooms may be reserved individually or together, accommodating groups as large as 240 guests. Born and raised in Bryan, about 90 miles east of Village of Salado, Chadley Hollas, Village of Salado’s director of tourism, says he came to the town with one goal: to help Salado become Texas’ best small destination.
