Sheraton Dallas Hotel, the largest hotel in downtown Dallas, is currently undergoing an extensive renovation of all public areas, guest rooms, and meeting and convention space. As part of its ongoing multimillion-dollar renovation, the hotel introduced five new food and beverage concepts. Three of the five have opened, and the additional two will open by early February.

Among the already opened outlets is Open Palette. Open Palette serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the modern American cuisine offers a menu with bold, surprising spins on flavors. Also already opened is Moka Pot, a coffee lounge serving fresh roasted beans.

Draft Sports Bar and Lounge, formerly known as Draft Media Sports Bar, has reopened as a new concept with a fresh, modern design, and it boasts a new menu with fresh ingredients. The bar features 12 local beers on tap and the lounge has 25 televisions.

The Parlor is set to open in early February. This new cocktail lounge features one-of-a-kind craft cocktails and small bites. Also opening in February is Open Market, which is ideal for those on-the-go. The market offers fresh bites including sandwiches, wraps, salads and other items made from scratch.
