Asador, located in the Renaissance Dallas Hotel has rolled out their brand-new fall menu complete with seasonal hand-crafted cocktails.
The Santa Maria Sipper is courtesy of Crooked Branch, the lobby bar at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. It’s the trifecta of cocktails: easy to make, refreshing to sip and oh-sodelightfully delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
—5 fresh blueberries
—3 fresh raspberries
—5 oz. La Marca Prosecco
—lemon wedge or mint sprig for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Fill a rocks glass with berries. Top with ice, then top with prosecco. Garnish with a lemon wedge or mint sprig.

As August heats up (even more than it already has), San Antonio’s Marriott Rivercenter’s Tributary offers a refreshing cocktail to sip on: the Lavender & Bluebonnet.
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Calamity Texas Gin
- .75oz Cocchi di Americano
- .75oz St. Germain
- 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 Dashes Peychauds Bitters

Avion Anejo Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Avion Anejo Tequila
- 0.25 oz. Agave
- 2 Dashes of Bitters
- Orange Peel
- Luxardo Maraschino Cherry
In a mixing glass, mix the Avion Anejo Tequila and agave with the bitters. Stir until agave blends, pour over ice in a glass and garnish with the Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and orange peel.
