Texas Hill Country sunsets and beautiful views of rolling vineyards surrounding the Duchman Family Winery provide the perfect setting for a group event. The family-owned venue is located about 30 minutes southwest of downtown Austin and offers unique event spaces with a taste of Italian wine country.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the Duchman Family Winery Event Center features more than 4,000 total square feet of indoor event space. The event center is modeled after a Tuscan villa and accommodates up to 250 guests for a seated event or up to 350 guests for a cocktail reception. The space boasts a granite bar, limestone fireplace, acoustic ceiling and windows overlooking the barrel room.

The winery’s stone and granite outer bar provides an ideal venue for more intimate indoor events. The space is separate from the larger main tasting room and can accommodate up to 20 guests, making it perfect for gatherings such as board meetings or executive retreats.

Taking advantage of the perfect Hill Country weather, the winery also offers an outdoor picnic area adjacent to the main winery building. Stately oak trees provide ample shade for up to 50 guests in this refreshing outdoor space. A sound system, lighting in the trees and picnic tables provide a relaxed atmosphere for any event. Guests will enjoy views overlooking the lush grounds and vineyards.

In addition to the many great event spaces, the winery offers private tours and tastings for groups of all sizes. The winery is equipped with a catering prep kitchen; in-house catering packages also are available. Other venue amenities include on-site parking, a green room, bar service packages and a 25 percent discount on Duchman wine cases.
